Unless otherwise stated all Öppen projects are developed under the Öppen License.
The ÖLAB Software License is based on the Peer Production License which in turn has been derived from the Creative Commons ‘Attribution-NonCommercial-ShareAlike’ license. The license only applies to original code and content created by/for Öppenlab projects and does not apply to any 3rd party libraries/dependencies. These types of license are sometimes called Copy-far-left and are different from the Open Source licenses in that they explicitly do not allow commercial use. They're also sometimes referred to as 'anti-capitalist' licenses.
